Call to Order Chanse Barker called the meeting to order at 8:05 a.m.
Roll Call Donna Veile, superintendent, called roll with the following members present: Krista Bangert, Chanse Barker, Leroy Brinkman and Jeff Hull. Brian Ippensen, Lisa Schwartz and Shannon Triplett were absent.
Also present was Donna Veile.
Visitors None
Agenda Barker made a motion to approve the agenda. Brinkman seconded the motion. AYE: Bangert, Barker, Brinkman and Hull NAY: None
Move to Closed Session Bangert made a motion to enter into closed session for the purpose of discussing employment of personnel, student matters and other items appropriate for closed session. Barker seconded the motion. AYE: Barker, Brinkman, Hull and Bangert NAY: None
Entered into closed session at 8:05 a.m.
Return to Open Session Brinkman made a motion to return to open session. Bangert seconded the motion. AYE: Hull, Bangert, Barker and Brinkman NAY: None
Returned to open session at 8:13 a.m.
Personnel Addendum Brinkman made a motion to approve the personnel addendum. Bangert seconded the motion. Bangert, Barker, Brinkman and Hull NAY: None
Adjournment Barker made a motion to adjourn. Bangert seconded the motion. AYE: Bangert, Barker, Brinkman and Hull NAY: None
