City of Quincy Zoning Board of Appeals will meet on August 19.

4) Public Hearing requested by Richard & Rosanne Bonebrake to vary the Zoning Code of the City of Quincy (2015) for 1503 Maas Road (Outside City Limits: Ward 5 / Zoned RU1)
a) City Code 162.061(A): Yards shall be provided for buildings as shown: RU1 Zoning – 50 foot front yard, 20 foot side yard, 50 foot rear yard.
b) Variance Request: To construct a 24’ x 26’ accessory building (garage) to the east of the dwelling at 1503 Maas Road and an 8’ sitting porch to the south of the dwelling at 1503 Maas Road. As constructed, the accessory building and the sitting porch would encroach upon the yard setbacks at 1503 Maas Road.
