. Request authorization to allow the book mobile to stage in the parking lot at the airport?

. Request authorization to submit a grant application with the FAA for terminal holding room? We anticipate this grant opportunity to open in August.

. Request authorization to enter into an Independent Fee Estimate contract with JD Heithoff? This IFE is for the change orders regarding the phase 4 construction project. Our upfront cost for the IFE is $1,390. We will be reimbursed up to $1,355.25. Max cost out of pocket for the IFE $69.50.

. Request authorization to enter into a T Hangar lease agreement with Mitch Irtle? I have two T Hangars available in T Hangar C.

. Request authorization to enter into a T Hangar lease with XXXX? This Hangar lease would be for T Hangar D3

. Request authorization to host a kite event in fall of 2025 or spring of 2026? We are leaning to October of 2025.

. Request authorization to host a ribbon cutting for the completion of the runway 4-22 project in October of 2025.

. Request authorization to display additional art inside and outside of the terminal?

. Review the bids regarding the sewage lagoon and make a recommendation.

. Request authorization to purchase one mobile Fm radio for CR1 and four portable FM radios that are p25 compliant? The radios will cost $9,317.60. I budgeted for this.
