New Business

. Request approval to conduct our annual ARFF Hot Drill Training. The University of Missouri will conduct the training. The cost for the mandatory training is $23,200.

. Request Approval for the mayor to enter into an Aviation Fuel Tax grant agreement with IDOT in the amount of $42,294.13. This agreement is for fiscal year 2022.

. Request approval for the mayor to enter into an Aviation Fuel Tax grant agreement with IDOT in the amount of $62,686.93. This agreement is for fiscal year 2023.

. Request approval for the mayor to enter into an Aviation Fuel Tax grant agreement with IDOT in the amount of $47,527.60. This agreement is for fiscal year 2024.

. Request approval to purchase airport liability insurance. I have not received the quotes back from Galler Bassett Insurance. This insurance is a must. We will need to have new insurance in place by the end of July.
