• Request approval to authorize the bill of sale of Engine House Inc corporate hangar to Richardson Farms Outfitters executed Oct 7th of 2024.

• Request approval to enter into an agreement to transfer a cooperate hangar lease from Engine House to Richardson Farms Outfitters.

New Business

• Request approval to enter into an agreement with CMT engineering for preparation of bid documents for purchase of snow equipment. Cities cost of the agreement will not exceed $34,600.

• Request approval to allow the SIU Motorcycle Ridder Program to conduct trainings this summer here at the airport. This involves the use of the conference room.
