On Saturday, February 24, former West Vigo High School standout Avery Funk’s current college team, the Quincy Hawks, won 6-3 in their NCAA Division II game against the Walsh Cavaliers.

The game took place in Evansville, Indiana. This was their first matchup against the Walsh Cavaliers this season.

The Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 2 at 12 p.m. in Springfield, Illinois against Wisconsin–Parkside Rangers.
