On Sunday, February 18, former West Vigo High School standout Avery Funk’s current college team, the Quincy Hawks, won 5-3 in their NCAA Division II game against the Wisconsin–Parkside Rangers.

The game took place in Smyrna, Tennessee. This was their first matchup against the Wisconsin–Parkside Rangers this season.

The Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Monday, February 19 at 2 p.m. in Nashville, Tennessee against Trevecca Nazarene Trojans.
