On Tuesday, February 20, former Mahomet-Seymour High School standouts Carter Selk and Kobe Essien’s current college team, the Quincy Hawks, lost 11-9 in their NCAA Division II game against the Valdosta State Blazers.

The game took place in Valdosta, Georgia. This was their first matchup against the Valdosta State Blazers this season.

The Hawks’ next game is scheduled for Thursday, February 22 at 4 p.m. in Columbus, Georgia against Columbus State Cougars.
