Details: The session will teach the importance of communication in the workplace and how to communicate effectively and professionally to co-workers, leads, and supervisors. We will discuss how to best exchange ideas and information in the workplace. Effective communication and teamwork leads to improved business knowledge, customer service (internal & external), improved business performance, employee motivation and satisfaction leading to a positive workplace culture. We will also review target results and a focus on achieving results as a team with positive teamwork and communication.
