The Quincy University Men's Lacrosse team traveled to #9 Lindenwood Lions for a GLVC match on Tuesday (4/5) afternoon and fell by the score of 20-0.
The Lions showed their offensive capabilities early and often in the match. It would be 11-0 Lindenwood after 15 minutes of play. During the 1st quarter, Ryan Riggs replaced Sam Huff in goal after Riggs allowed 9 goals on 12 shots.
Lindenwood added 5 more goals in the 2nd quarter. The Hawks had 5 shots, 4 of them went on net in the quarter. Riggs stopped 4 of the 9 shots on goal.
The 3rd quarter was uneventful for both teams. The Lions were only able to score one goal to extend their lead to 17-0. In the 4th quarter, Lindenwood would add 3 more goals.
