Adams County Transportation, Building & Technology Committee met Jan. 11.

Here are the minutes provided by the committee:

Dave Bellis called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. in the Law Library.

Present were: Committee Members: Les Post, John Brady, Joe Zanger and Ryan Hinkamper

Absent were: None

Also present were: Jim Frankenhoff, Dave Bockhold, Kent Snider, Todd Eyler, Gary Farha and a reporter from the Quincy Herald-Whig.

Joe Zanger made a motion to approve the minutes of the December 14, 2021 committee meeting as printed and distributed. Ryan Hinkamper seconded the motion. Motion to approve the minutes passed unanimously. The committee reviewed, approved and signed off on the bills. Dave Bellis informed the committee about shelving for the Sheriff's Department record storage. Jim Frankenhoff presented a revised subdivision plat for Paradise Lane Subdivision to the committee. Les Post made a motion to approve and send to the full County Board. Ryan Hinkamper seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously. The committee discussed personal vehicle use reimbursement for the IT Department and decided it will be done by mileage reimbursement. Jim Frankenhoff informed the committee about new copy machine options the Highway Department is considering. Jim Frankenhoff updated the committee on the status of the County property at Meyer. David Hochgraber reported to the committee about antivirus protection plans and vendors. Joe Zanger made a motion to go into executive session to discuss a personnel matter. Les Post seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

John Brady made a motion to go back into regular session. Les Post seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously.

Ryan Hinkamper made a motion to adjourn. Joe Zanger seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 6:50 P.M.
