Adams County Reapportionment Committee met Nov. 3.
Here are the minutes provided by the committee:
Chairman Mike McLaughlin called the meeting to order at 2:30 P.M. at the Highway Dept.
Present were: Committee Members: Matt Obert & Theresa Bockhold
Absent were: none
Also present were: Christa Holtman, Kevin Dicks and Dave Bockhold:
Theresa Bockhold made a motion to approve the minutes of the June 14, 2021 committee meeting. Matt Obert seconded the motion.
The motion passed unanimously. The committee discussed reapportionment options. Census data is available now, but the committee decided to wait to see what the city of Quincy does with their ward boundaries before making any final decisions to avoid splitting precincts.
Theresa Bockhold made a motion to adjourn. Matt Obert seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 3:30 P.M.
