Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on April 14.
Due to the uncertainty of when the stay-at-home order will be lifted in Illinois, the Blessing Health System Dogwood Parade has been postponed. The parade was originally set for May 2. The Chamber plans to have a parade when it’s safe to celebrate as a community and will set a date as soon as possible. Those who have already signed up for the parade will be able to keep their places. Registration for the parade has been closed for now, but will re-open once the Chamber is able to set a date.
