Adams County Transportation, Building, and Technology Committee met Nov. 12.
Here is the minutes provided by the committee:
Chairman Les Post called the meeting to order at 6:00 P.M. in the law library.
Present: Committee Members: John Brady, Marvin Kerkhoff & Dave Bellis.
Also present were: Jim Frankenhoff, Dave Bockhold, Kent Snider, Gary Farha, Steve DeMoss, John Frankenhoff, Sue Hester and Jason Myers from Johnson Controls.
Absent: Joe Zanger
Mr. Kerkhoff made a motion to approve the minutes of the October 15, 2019 committee meeting as printed and distributed. Mr. Brady seconded the motion. Motion to approve the minutes passed unanimously
The Committee reviewed, approved and signed off on the bills. Mr. Myers spoke to the Committee about energy audits and upgrades on County facilities. Jim Frankenhoff updated the committee on the status of various projects and two snow events. The Committee discussed the roof project at the courthouse. The Committee voted to renew the tower lease with American Tower Corporation on a motion by Mr. Kerkhoff, which was seconded by Mr. Brady. The motion passed unanimously. Mr. Brady made a motion to adjourn. Mr. Kerkhoff seconded the motion. The motion passed unanimously and the meeting adjourned at 6:40 P.M.
