Quincy Medical Group issued the following announcement on Oct. 8.
Quincy Medical Group (QMG) will host an open house for our newly relocated Cancer Institute location in Pittsfield. The event will take place on Thursday, October 17 from 4:00 – 7:00 p.m. at 320 N. Madison Street.
Community members are invited to meet our medical team, as well as tour both our Cancer Institute and lab space. Light appetizers will be provided.
Since 2006, our oncologists and team have served patients in Pittsfield. The relocation and repurposing of the space at our existing location provides patients with access to care from other providers all under one roof. Services in Pittsfield will include chemotherapy, infusion therapy, and imaging. Patients will also have access to a stat lab, providing them with timely results, optimizing the care provided by our oncologists. The new location will begin seeing patients on November 6.
Our oncologists serving Pittsfield include Dr. M. Amjad Ali, Dr. Christian Khoury, Dr. Karthik Koduru, Dr. Vitor Pastorini and Dr. Raymond Smith. Pittsfield joins the following locations where oncology services are provided by QMG: Quincy, IL; Rushville, IL; Keokuk, IA; Pinckneyville, IL; Memphis, MO; and Fort Madison, IA.
