Facilities/Physical Plant Committee meeting was called to order at 6:10 p.m. Members present: Cullen Duke, Allen Flynn, Michael Smith and Tanya Sparrow. Absent: Jason Anderson, Rod Barry, John Clark, Amanda Gibbs, Joel Mixer and Lance Schuette. 4 present 6 absent.
Motion by Allen Flynn, seconded by Cullen Duke that the committee approve the minutes from May 7, 2019 meeting. Roll Call Vote: Aye: Cullen Duke, Allen Flynn, Michael Smith and Tanya Sparrow. 4 ayes 0 nays. M.C.
Motion by Allen Flynn, seconded by Tanya Sparrow that the committee approve the recommendations to be presented to the board of education. Roll Call Vote: Aye: Cullen Duke, Allen Flynn, Michael Smith and Tanya Sparrow. 4 ayes 0 nays. M.C.
