Facilities/Physical Plant Committee meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Members present: Rod Barry, John Clark, Cullen Duke, Allen Flynn and Michael Smith. Absent: Jason Anderson, Joel Mixer and Tanya Sparrow. 5 present 3 absent.
Motion by John Clark, seconded by Cullen Duke that the committee approve the minutes from
June 11, 2019 meeting. Roll Call Vote: Aye: Rod Barry, John Clark, Cullen Duke, Allen Flynn and Michael Smith. 5 ayes 0 nays. M.C.
Joel Mixer arrived at 6:35 p.m.
Motion by John Clark, seconded by Rod Barry that the committee approve the recommendations to be presented to the board of education. Roll Call Vote: Aye: Rod Barry, John Clark, Cullen Duke, Allen Flynn, Joel Mixer and Michael Smith. 6 ayes 0 nays. M.C.
