Blessing Health System issued the following announcement on Aug. 7.
Lesa Wiesemann, human resources retention manager, and Dena Dedert, compensation analyst, Human Resources, Blessing Hospital, have earned Society of Human Resource Management Certified Professional status (SHRM-CP) by completing the course of study and successfully passing a four-hour examination.
SHRM is currently the largest association in the world that is dedicated to providing support and resources to human resource professionals and students of human resources.
Wiesemann is a 28 year member of the Blessing staff. She holds a Bachelor degree in Psychology from Culver-Stockton College, Canton, MO, and an Associate degree from John Wood Community College.
Dedert is a 13 year member of the Blessing staff. She holds a Master’s degree from William Woods College.
