Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on May 22.
The Chamber is accepting nominations for the Class of 2020 Business Hall of Fame. When considering nominees, think of business leaders who have laid the foundation for innovation, strong work ethic, sound financial principles, and vision that will continue to serve the Quincy area for generations.
“The honorees inducted into the Business Hall of Fame not only made significant impacts in their businesses, they also made a difference in their communities. Our hope is that, by telling their stories, we will inspire future leaders,” said Alta King, communications specialist.
The Business Hall of Fame was started in 2006 to celebrate the rich history and accomplishments of the Quincy area business community. The 2020 honorees will be recognized at the Chamber’s Annual Meeting/Business Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony on Jan. 15, 2020.
