QUINCY AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE: Business Plan Basics workshop set for May 20

Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on April 8.

For most loans and grants, you will need a well-written business plan. Join us on Monday, May 20, from noon to 1:30 p.m. at The Oakley Lindsay Center to learn about the business feasibility checklist, lean launch overview, importance and use of a business plan, and steps to creating an effective business plan. The presenter is Diana Blue, program coordinator of the Illinois Small Business Development Center WIU.

Cost is $10 for lunch and registration is required. To register, click here. This workshop is part of the Chamber’s Small Business Program which includes mentors for entrepreneurs and the Business Plan Grant Program that is offering $10,000 to a new or existing business in Adams County.
