Republican Randy Frese's election campaign committee, Friends for Randy Frese, spent $6,904 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Frese's committee spent the most on dues in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,500) going to House Republican Organization in Springfield. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Frese's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
