Republican Randy Frese's election campaign committee, Friends for Randy Frese, spent $8,510 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Frese's committee spent the most on donations in the quarter, with 46.2% of this total ($1,750) going to Moore for Mayor in Quincy. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Frese's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
