How did Kyle A Moore spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Republican Kyle A Moore's election campaign committee, Citizens for Kyle A Moore, spent $105,951 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Moore's committee spent the most on television media in the quarter, with all those payments ($16,454) going to Axiom Strategies in Kansas City. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Moore's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
