How did Randy Frese spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Republican Randy Frese's election campaign committee, Friends for Randy Frese, spent $14,276 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Frese's committee spent the most on donations in the quarter, with 38% of this total ($2,500) going to House Republican Organization in Springfield. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Frese's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
