Did you know that YOU can be a leader, regardless of your position within an organization? The Chamber will hold its Leadership Essentials: The Leader Within 4-week session beginning Monday, Feb. 4, from 8 to 9 a.m. at The Good Samaritan Home, 2130 Harrison, Quincy.
Leadership Essentials is a series of workshops designed for leaders, emerging leaders, and aspiring leaders to enhance their leadership skills. All sessions are based on the Lominger Competencies, developed in 1991 by Michael Lombardo (Director of Research at the Center for Creative Leadership) and Bob Eichinger (Head of Organization Development for Pepsi). Sessions are facilitated by established leaders and will encourage attendees to evaluate their level of competency and to consider ways to improve.
Four 1-hour sessions will cover: DiSC Assessment, Self Development, Interpersonal Savvy, and Drive for Results. Click here to register.
