Kathy Lotz, RN Care Manager, is called “an asset to our organization and community.” She is the most recent recipient of the Quincy Medical Group Experience the Difference Award. Recipients of this award live by the QMG Mission, Vision, and Values and go above and beyond for their patients and co-workers. Kathy was nominated by Martin Jezierski who recognized her for her work with a patient with communication barriers. “Through painstaking close observation, Kathy is able to bridge the communication gap between patient and physician.
