Quincy Area Vocational Technical Center issued the following announcement on Nov. 29.

Congratulations to Albert Finney. He was chosen as one of our October Rotary Students of the Month by his Construction Trades teacher, Dave Bellis.

Albert was honored at a Rotary luncheon on Tuesday, November 20th.
