Quincy Area Vocational Technical Center issued the following announcement on Nov. 29.
Jenna Owsley was chosen as a Rotary Student of the Month for October by her Health Occupations instructor, Dana Trantor.
Jenna was recognized for this achievement at a Rotary luncheon held on November 20th.
