Quincy Area Chamber of Commerce issued the following announcement on Aug. 14.
Do you have an hour each week to devote to leadership training? Would you like to learn more about decision quality, keeping your composure, managing vision and purpose, and more? The Chamber will begin Session 3 of its Leadership Essentials series on Sept. 17 on 8 a.m. at The Good Samaritan Home, 2130 Harrison St. Leadership Essentials is a series of workshops designed for leaders, emerging leaders, and aspiring leaders to enhance their leadership skills. All sessions are based on the Lominger Competencies, developed in 1991 by Michael Lombardo (director of research at the Center for Creative Leadership) and Bob Eichinger (head of organization development for Pepsi).
