Illinois residents paid $8,100 to attend the two-year public institution this year $90 more than the $8,010 charged for 2016-17.
Non-residents paid the same amount as residents this year, or $8,100. Their price tag grew 1.1 percent from $8,010 in 2016-17.
About 93 percent of the school's undergraduate population are Illinois residents. And about 7 percent are residents of other states.
Data shows 83 percent of full-time undergraduates who started school in 2015-16 received student financial aid in some form. In all, 263 students received grants or scholarships totaling $1.31 million and 114 students took out student loans totaling more than $452,036.
Including all undergraduates, 1,294 students used grants or scholarships totaling $5.19 million. Another 543 took out $2.37 million in federal student loans.
