Property owners in Adams County paid 1.6% of the value of their homes in property taxes in the third quarter of 2023, which is more than 1.5 times the national average, according to the real estate analysis posted by Quincy Reporter.
The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2023 in Adams County rose by $8,250, while total sales decreased by 9.6%.
