On Sept. 17, Don P Johnson and Johnson Family Trust purchased a home at 1122 Cedar St., Quincy from Kimberly L Niekamp for $92,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,194.90, 1.3% of the sale price of the home.

This home last sold for $64,000 on Dec. 18, 2012.

So far in September 2021, eight properties sold in Quincy.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were three registered voters residing at 1122 Cedar St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Ryan A. Niekamp, 30, Kristina K. Reeder, 34, and Kimberly Lynn Crabtree, 29.
