Gregory Eldon Mann sells 1636 N. Fifth St., Quincy

On Sept. 21, How Bout It LLC purchased a home at 1636 N. Fifth St., Quincy from Gregory Eldon Mann for $118,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,608.58, 1.36% of the sale price of the home.

So far in September 2021, eight properties sold in Quincy.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Gregory E Mann has been registered to vote since 1988 and has voted in at least seven primary elections, records show, including six Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were three registered voters residing at 1636 N. Fifth St. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Lacey N. Davis, 39, Gregory E Mann, 60, and Glenda a Mann, 60.
