On July 9, Beverly I Mast sold their home at 1301 College Ave., Quincy to Oh Good LLC for $70,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2020 was $1,292.12, 1.85% of the sale price of the home.

So far in July 2021, six properties sold in Quincy.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Nicholas N. Bern, 34, was the only registered voter residing at 1301 College Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020.
