Quincy home prices rise in July 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in July 2019 in Quincy rose by $450 while total sales decreased by 16.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In July 2019, there were 77 homes sold, with a median sale price of $127,000 - a 0.4% increase over the $126,550 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 92 homes sold in Quincy in July 2018.

The median sales tax in Quincy for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,762, approximately 1.4% of the median home sale price for July 2019.
