City of Quincy Sister City Commission met May 23.

Have Golf carts-Chris Alger in charge of scheduling

Pepsi /Rinella signs banners / Signage-Classique banners-Andy has up

Beer coupons printed- and packaged- Need help distributing coupons to sponsors.

Scott & Andy in charge of Beer Garden-Jerry snacks

Flyer with schedule, vendors, & sponsors being printed by QAVTC to hand out at the event.

Germanfest 2019 times Friday 5:00-11:30 Saturday 3-11:30

Park District fee $880 refundable $250 paid-Will do sight meeting later

Shuttle – Jeff getting no parking signs as needed for shuttle route

Posters etc. for bandstand- Conny will handle

Scotties potties report-Conny has arranged

Electric & Generator Jansen arranged- Mary-Ann working with Steve Jansen

Other Germanfest Business:

Mary-Ann Need all to sign up times on May 31 & June 1, & June 2 if needed when

commissioners and any assisting family members will be available.

Other Old Business:

Trenton Murfin will take over chairmanship for 2019-2020 at June meeting.
