BLESSING HEALTH SYSTEM: Blessing Human Resources staff earns certification

Blessing Health System issued the following announcement on March 12.

Four members of the Blessing Health System Human Resources staff have earned Society of Human Resource Management-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) status after passing an examination.

Dawn A. Wild is Human Resources Department Director and is a 27 year member of the Blessing staff. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree from William Woods University and a bachelor’ degree from Culver-Stockton College.

Lacey Gallaher is a Human Resources Benefits Specialist and is a 10 year member of the Blessing staff. She holds a Master in Business Administration degree from Quincy University, a bachelor’s degree in healthcare management from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, and an associate’s degree in business administration from John Wood Community College.

Andrew Griesbaum is a Human Resources Recruiter and has been with Blessing for nine years. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Western Illinois University.

Rebecca Koetters in a Human Resources Recruitment Specialist and a five year member of the Blessing staff. She holds a master’s degree in business/leadership from Hannibal LaGrange University.

The Society for Human Resource Management is the leading provider of resources serving the needs of human resources professionals and advancing the practice of human resource management.

All four certified members of the Blessing Human Resources department are members of the Quincy Society for Human Resources Management Chapter.
