Illinois SB54 passed the state Senate on April 11.
The bill, as it was introduced in the Senate by Sen. Don Harmon (D-39) on Jan. 16, will amend the Liquor Control Act of 1934, according to the General Assembly website.
The measure now must be considered by the House.
