City of Quincy Traffic Commission met April 13.

Here is the agenda provided by the commission:

1. Call to Order

2. Approval of January 12th, 2026 Minutes

3. Public Comment (3-minute limit)

4. Old Business

a. Alderman Bauer’s referral to install a streetlight at 1500 Oak Street

b. Ald. Holtschlag referred to the Traffic Commission, the stoplight at 6th & Broadway Street. (Tabled 1 for month on 1/12/26)

5. New Business

a. Ald. Adkin moved to refer to the Traffic Commission to look at the speed limit on Lindell Street. (Council 2/9/26)

b. Ald. McReynolds moved to refer to the Traffic Commission to look at the speed limit on 30th Street, south of Harrison. (Council 2/9/26)

c. Ald. Reis referred to the Traffic Commission the need for a streetlight @ 1716 Cherry Lane. (Council 2/23/26)

d. Ald. Fletcher requested that 14th & Spruce be made an all-way stop.
