Municipal officials in Adams County — including mayors, village board members, and school board members — are on the ballot on April 1, the first Tuesday in April.

A total of 19 candidates will compete for 18 municipal school board positions.

In the last consolidated election that happened in 2023, Adams County had 43,490 registered voters and 8,149 cast ballots, or 18.74% voter turnout.

In 2021, Adams County saw 44,456 registered voters participate, with 11,095 ballots cast—a voter turnout of 24.96%.
